Files and entered data

Tools process PDFs, documents, images, video, audio and text on your device. We do not implement file uploads, user accounts or external AI services. Results remain in memory until you reload or close the page, except downloads you save. Your browser and extensions may keep their own history or preferences.

Storage and connections

We store only the light or dark theme preference under the theme key in localStorage. There is no active analytics or advertising. The browser downloads pages, libraries and OCR models from the same origin and may cache them. Web requests include technical data such as an IP address; future hosting must disclose its actual logs, purposes and retention periods.

Email messages and rights

If you email us, your address, message content and any attachments you choose to send will be processed to handle your enquiry or request. This is separate from local tool processing. Cloudflare Email Routing receives and forwards email to the destination mailbox configured by the publisher; that mailbox provider remains to be identified. We do not claim that email stays only on your device or is never retained.

You can send requests for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, where applicable, to contact@alleasytools.app. Do not attach identity documents pre-emptively.
