Example and limitations
Try 720p and low quality when sharing a 1080p recording. Re-encoding an already optimized file can increase size; check the actual difference.
Actual compatibility
MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV input: reading depends on the codecs inside and your browser. AVI, protected files and external URLs are not supported. Editing requires WebCodecs and OffscreenCanvas. Tested in Chromium on Windows; Safari, Firefox and mobile require verification on your device. Each operation has a 3-minute execution limit.
Output may lose quality or increase in size. Platform acceptance is not guaranteed; check current platform requirements.
